How long has Mindsport been around?
About 24 years now. If you’re suitably impressed write a poem
about it.
And how long are you planning to continue with this stuff?
With the condition my cranium is in, about five years max.
If that.
Where do you get all your puzzles,
problems, etc, from?
From any source I can lay my grubby phalanges on. Mostly
I acknowledge the source, often I don’t. But approximately four
or five times a year they’re original ones. (That adds up to
4 or 5 multiplied by 24 = 96 or 120 original ones in half a lifetime.
Not bad, no?)
What is one supposed to do after reading
This Week’s Mindsport?
Projectile vomiting is not a real option because the throat
hurts for at least seven days till next week’s Mindsport rolls
around and before you know it you’re in an infinite loop. You
could of course pretend you haven’t read it but then who would
know you didn’t? Under the circumstances the safest thing to
do is hate yourself. Or hope that one of us dies soon.
So what responses get selected?
Those that: (a) Give the right answers in a legit form of
the English language; (b) Give wrong answers that sound better than
any stupid right answer; (c) Praise me for my intelligence or loathe
me for the lack of it; (d) Include the sentence “Please please
please please please please run this response.”
Can anyone contribute a puzzle?
Yes, the Endgame section is designed to accommodate people who think
they have the hardest problem in this neck of the galaxy, so that
later their aghast eyes can watch that notion being shot to hell and
scattered like confetti into the wind. |

Who designed the Mindsport thingy which
can be read upside-down too?
A professor of forensic pathology called Dr Anil Aggrawal.
You’d imagine the man would have better things to do in his
spare time, right?
Who’s done all the beautiful
illustrations scattered around the place?
An artist called Baiju Parthan who holds a BFA degree in
Painting, a BSc degree in Botany, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Comparative
Mythology. He also holds certificates in computer programming, 3D
graphics and animation. So is he da Vinci or what?

Are any more answers going to be given?
Yes, as soon as more questions are frequented.
Now what?
Stop reading and get a life. |
